The festive season in Honolulu is set to dazzle once again with the 39th Annual Honolulu City Lights! A beacon of holiday spirit, Honolulu Hale transforms into a wonderland of twinkling lights, holiday décor, and, of course, Shaka Santa and Tūtū Mele. This event isn't just a feast for the eyes; it's a community gathering that offers locals and visitors alike a chance to take in some holiday cheer, all for free!

​Mahana Ward Village is a proposed residential high-rise community to be located between Queen and Halekauwila Streets, to the west of ‘A’ali’i and the east of Ward Avenue. ​It is expected to be the 14th, and last, residential tower from developer Howard Hughes Corporation in Kaka'ako's Ward Village master planned community. With convenient access from Halekauwila St., Mahana Ward Village will provide a direct route through Ward Village, connecting the greater Kaka‘ako community.

Today, the developer of the new Ililani condominium tower in Kaka’ako released an additional 32 new affordable units to be offered for sale to the public. Located at 615 Keawe Street, Ililani is the newest addition to the Kaka’ako neighborhood! The lililani condominium project will feature a mix of market and affordable housing units, right in the heart of Honolulu!

A groundbreaking ceremony took place Oct. 16 for Ililani condominiums, a 42-story building that brings together urban-living sensibility, convenience, and unique, modern-lifestyle amenities. Located at 615 Keawe Street, is the first new project in the SALT area of Kakaʻako in four years.
