Mahana Ward Village is a proposed residential high-rise community to be located between Queen and Halekauwila Streets, to the west of ‘A’ali’i and the east of Ward Avenue. It is expected to be the 14th, and last, residential tower from developer Howard Hughes Corporation in Kaka'ako's Ward Village master planned community. With convenient access from Halekauwila St., Mahana Ward Village will provide a direct route through Ward Village, connecting the greater Kaka‘ako community.

The tower will overlook Victoria Ward Park and the Kewalo Basin Harbor, and feature panoramic views of Diamond Head. Its orientation is designed to maximize mauka-makai view corridors.

The development will include 340 market-rate residential units, 47,900 square feet of recreational area, 16,900 square feet of commercial space and approximately 10,900 square feet of new open space. The maximum height for the building is 347 feet, plus an additional 18 feet for rooftop elements.
The proposed design emphasizes a pedestrian-friendly environment that will integrate with the surrounding streets and align with the walkable and connected Ward Village community.
