Keauhou Place Reserved Housing: What you Need to Know

Modern Day Living. Affordable Price.

Most of the new properties being offered in Kakaako are out of first-time home buyers' price range.  Thankfully, there is an option for those who want to live in Kakaako without paying luxury prices.

Keauhou Place will feature 388 residential units in a 400-foot high-rise building, along with a mix of 35 townhouse units in a 42-foot mid-rise tower.  In addition to residential dwellings, Keauhou Place is designed to have 2,854 square feet of ground-floor commercial space, 13,000 square feet of open space and 31,400 square feet of recreation space.  Nestled in the heart of Kakaako, Keauhou Place is surrounded by a variety of local restaurants and shops along with being steps away from the Pacific Ocean.

Take a brisk walk to work in downtown or hop on Honolulu’s new rail system to Ala Moana, the airport or West Oahu.  Transportation has never been more convenient, a location has never been more ideal. Keauhou Place features both Market and Reserved housing.
