The Launiu Ward Village is the 11th project in the master-planned Ward Village community from developer Howard Hughes. Located in the booming Kaka'ako neighborhood of Honolulu, this ultra-luxury project offers future residents a harmonious blend of contemporary design and timeless sophistication.
The building's name, Launui, means "coconut leaf" in Hawaiian, and is a nod to the project's island-inspired design.
