​Mahana Ward Village is a proposed residential high-rise community to be located between Queen and Halekauwila Streets, to the west of ‘A’ali’i and the east of Ward Avenue. ​It is expected to be the 14th, and last, residential tower from developer Howard Hughes Corporation in Kaka'ako's Ward Village master planned community. With convenient access from Halekauwila St., Mahana Ward Village will provide a direct route through Ward Village, connecting the greater Kaka‘ako community.
