Oahu Real Estate Market Update on Hawaii News Now Sunrise: June 2025

Chad Takesue, chief operating officer for Locations, sat down with Hawaii News Now Sunrise host Guy Hagi in June 2025 to offer a market update, provide advice for homebuyers and sellers, and discuss where the market might be headed next.

 

 

Chad noted that Oahu single-family home and condominium median prices increased in 2025, while mortgage rates were consistently under 7% in the third week of June—the 13th straight week in that range.
