The Locations Foundation held its annual blood drive benefiting Hawaii Blood Bank on October 31 at our Diamond Head office. This year, nearly 50 Locations agents and staff donated more than 40 pints of blood to the organization, whose mission is to provide a safe and adequate supply of blood and related transfusion services to patients across Hawaii.

Kaka‘ako’s vibrant evolution continues with the introduction of Kahuina, a transformative mixed-use development from developer Standford Carr. Kahuina will be located in Block C, one of nine blocks in the Kaiāuluʻo Kaka’ako Master Plan by Kamehameha Schools. Bounded by Cooke, Auahi, Coral and Pohukaina Streets, this new development is set to be a key landmark in the Kaka'ako neighborhood.
