​Mahana Ward Village is a proposed residential high-rise community to be located between Queen and Halekauwila Streets, to the west of ‘A’ali’i and the east of Ward Avenue. ​It is expected to be the 14th, and last, residential tower from developer Howard Hughes Corporation in Kaka'ako's Ward Village master planned community. With convenient access from Halekauwila St., Mahana Ward Village will provide a direct route through Ward Village, connecting the greater Kaka‘ako community.

The Oahu single-family home median price surpassed $1.1M in May—the highest so far in 2023. Home sales also reached a high for the year last month and are trending up as we head into the summer home-buying season.
