415 South St, MAKAI4502 Honolulu, Oahu 96813

A residence with a story unlike any other in Honolulu. Penthouse #4502 was created as the personal residence of renowned Hawaii developer Bruce C. Stark, the visionary behind some of Honolulu’s most recognizable high-rises. Stark designed this extraordinary three-level home at the top of the Makai Tower as the ultimate expression of the principles that defined his career: space, privacy, glass, height and, above all, the view. 4,475 square feet unfold behind dramatic curved walls of glass, capturing sweeping panoramas from Diamond Head and Waikiki across Honolulu Harbor, to the Waianae Range. A private elevator and four parking stalls enhance the sense of exclusivity, while distinctive interior details include black Italian granite, African Anigre cabinetry, artisan glass, a dramatic open stairway, automated solar shades, theater, office and bar. Stark believed luxury condominium living should provide generous rooms, openness and an extraordinary connection to the surrounding landscape. More than a penthouse, #4502 is a singular piece of Honolulu’s architectural history–a remarkable residence suspended above the city and created by the developer who helped shape its skyline.
