Evelyn F. Rooney

Licensed since 2014, Evelyn had a passion for real estate long before her career officially began. After purchasing her first home in Waikele, she went on to invest in properties across the San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked in information technology for 15 years. She has also invested in a home in Guatemala and several properties across Hawaii. This first-hand experience as a buyer, seller, and investor has given her a deep understanding of her clients' real estate journeys.

Evelyn represents clients across Oahu, with experience that spans leasehold properties, new construction, single-family homes, foreclosures and luxury homes. She holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, and is experienced in assisting seniors, caregivers, and multigenerational families with their special real estate needs.

Evelyn's goal is to make every client feel informed, supported, and confident. She is known for doing “whatever it takes” to make the homebuying or selling process smoother and less stressful. Her clients appreciate her responsiveness, problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to form connections. Her expertise and wide network of lenders, contractors, cleaners and other professionals ensure clients receive well-rounded guidance from start to finish.

Born and raised in Kalihi, Evelyn is a proud graduate of Farrington High School and the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She lives in Mililani, where she enjoys spending time with her large family and her dogs. She is also an active volunteer with the Locations Foundation.
