With more than 20 years of international hotel sales and hospitality experience, Cindy brings a distinctive level of service, cultural understanding, and relationship-building to Hawai‘i real estate. Her career has been defined by working with discerning clients from around the world—understanding their needs, anticipating expectations, and creating experiences that feel seamless and personal.

Originally from mainland China and fluent in English and Mandarin, Cindy has extensive experience working with clients throughout Asia and internationally. Her career in Hawai‘i began with training Waikiki hotel staff in Chinese language and cultural etiquette, followed by leadership in Asia market sales for major hotel brands. This experience gave her a deep appreciation for thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and earning trust—qualities she brings to every real estate relationship.

Cindy entered real estate after helping friends discover vacation homes in Hawai‘i, an experience that inspired her to make real estate her next chapter. Today, she works with first-time homebuyers, investors, and luxury buyers, both local and international. Known for her patience, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to her clients, Cindy takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to guiding buyers through every stage of the process.

Cindy holds degrees in Travel and Hotel Management from China and Hawai‘i. She has also taught Chinese language and cultural etiquette, served as a judge for the Narcissus Queen Pageant, and supports the local community through the Locations Foundation and charitable events.

An avid traveler and cook who has visited more than 30 countries, Cindy has a deep appreciation for different cultures and the unique lifestyle Hawai‘i offers. Family is equally important to her. Her son lives in Seattle and works as a software engineer after graduating from college in the mainland United States, and the family makes it a tradition to travel together each year. For her clients, Cindy brings the warmth of exceptional hospitality together with the diligence, discretion, and personal attention needed to make a confident real estate decision.
