Cannie Chum is a Broker-in-Charge and Partner at Locations LLC, recognized as one of Hawai?i's Top 100 REALTORS® and a trusted real estate professional serving buyers and sellers across O?ahu. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Cannie moved to Honolulu with her family in the 1990s and is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, allowing her to seamlessly assist both local and international clients.

In October 2022, Cannie made one of the youngest Associate Partners and in April 2026, Cannie became a full partners at Locations. She also serves on the Locations Foundation Advisory Board. The Locations Foundation is a nonprofit organization established by Locations to support local families and children in need across Hawai‘i. Through housing assistance, financial support, and community outreach initiatives, the Foundation helps strengthen island families. Cannie is honored to contribute her time and leadership to an organization dedicated to giving back.
