Brandee Medeiros was born and raised on Oahu and has also lived in Washington, North Carolina, California, and Texas. After beginning her real estate career in Texas, she returned home in 2023 to build her life and real estate career in Hawaii. Brandee brings a broad perspective and firsthand understanding of the challenges many buyers face when relocating or purchasing a home for the first time. Her professional background includes serving as a real estate brokerage office manager, site manager, and property manager, which gave her valuable insight into every stage of the real estate process, from brokerage operations and property management to condominium living and client advocacy.

Brandee's passion for real estate began with her own experience as a first-time homebuyer. Feeling overwhelmed and rushed through the process inspired her to become the kind of agent who ensures every client feels informed, supported, and confident when making one of life's biggest financial decisions. She approaches every transaction with care, integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to continual learning, believing that every client deserves an advocate who will guide them with patience and honesty from beginning to end.

With a background in marketing, Brandee combines creativity with strong communication skills to develop effective marketing strategies and negotiate on behalf of her clients. She especially enjoys helping buyers and sellers reach the closing table, knowing that each successful transaction represents the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Whether she's educating first-time buyers, helping clients navigate condominium ownership, or celebrating a successful closing over a meal, Brandee is committed to creating a positive and memorable real estate experience.

Giving back to the community is equally important to Brandee. She volunteers regularly with Hawaii Foodbank food distributions, supports the University of Hawaii's restorative farm, and is passionate about promoting literacy and lifelong learning. Inspired by the values her grandparents instilled in her, she has a special appreciation for Hawaii's kupuna and hopes to become a trusted resource for seniors and their families as they navigate important housing decisions with confidence and dignity.

When she's not working, Brandee enjoys spending time with her husband, creating music together, exploring Oahu's restaurants, coffee shops, beaches, and museums, and taking their beloved dachshund mix, Tita Bonita, on walks around the island. Surrounded by her large family once again, Brandee is grateful to call Hawaii home and looks forward to helping others find a place where they can build lasting memories of their own.
