Median prices continue at record levels in September. The monthly median home price of $1,050,000, and the median condo price of $480,000, are the highest on record for September. Prices are being pushed upward by strong demand, low inventory, and competitive market conditions.

Oahu Sales Activity Up in September

Home and Condo sales are increasing in 2021, over previous year levels. For both homes and condos, the pace of sales appears to be following the seasonal trend, good news toward a more stable market.

Highly Competitive Market

Days On Market continue at record lows in September. Homes sold in September went into escrow in a median 10 days, and 12 days for condos. Low Days on Market is one indicator of strong demand, and of the competitive real estate market.
