Price Activity Mixed

Price activity was mixed in March 2019, with the median home price up 3.3% to $788,000 and the median condo price down -3.4% to $425,000 from March of last year.

Oahu Sales Activity Slows Again in March

Oahu condo sales activity slowed noticeably in March 2019, continuing a sales slowdown for the past year. Condo sales were -7.5% lower than March last year; home sales were down -8.7%.

Competitive Market Continues to Ease Slightly

The pace of sales is slowing around the island, with median days on market increasing to 25 and 24 days for homes and condos, respectively. Still a competitive market, however; properties are going into escrow in under 4 weeks.
