Price Movement Continues Upward

Prices continued to rise in November 2018, with the median home price up 2.8% to $800,000 and the median condo price up 2.7% to $420,000 from November of last year.

Oahu Sales Activity Slows Again in November

Oahu Sales activity slowed noticeably in November 2018, continuing a sales slowdown for the past several months. Home and condo sales were about 16% lower than November last year.

Competitive Market Continues to Ease Slightly

Oahu's competitive market is easing slightly, with days on market increasing and bid-ups (sales bid-up over asking price) decreasing. Still a very competitive market, with 1 of every 5 sales being bid-up over asking price.
