Oahu sales activity was mixed in April, with the number of home sales up 7% and condo sales down -15% from April last year.

Competitive Market Continues to Ease Slightly

The pace of sales is slowing around the island, with median days on market increasing to 24 and 29 days for homes and condos, respectively. Still a competitive market, however; properties are going into escrow in 4 weeks.
