Prices Up Again for Homes and Condos in June

Big Island prices are up again in June, with the median home price up 9.4% from June last year to $383,000 and the median condo price up 41.4% to $376,000.

Big Island Sales Activity Down Slightly

The Big Island sales activity was down slightly in June, with the number of home sales down 2% and condo sales down 3.6% from June last year.

Quick Pace of Sales

Time on market is relatively low for Maui homes and condos, with median days on market around 50 days for both homes and condos.
