Prices Up for Homes and Condos in March

Big Island prices are up in March, with the median home price up 3.5% from last year to $388,000 and the median condo price up 15.8% to $425,000.

Big Island Sales Activity Flat

The Big Island sales activity was relatively flat in March, with the number of home sales up 1.3% and condo sales up 1.7% from March last year.

Big Island Prices Still Below Previous Peak

On an annual basis, Big Island prices are still about 20-25% below their previous peaks in 2006.
