Big Island home prices rose in December, up 18% to $337,000, while the median condo price remained flat at $295,000.

The Big Island showed mixed sales activity in December, with the number of home sales down 4% and condo sales up 17% from December last year.

Big Island Markets Moving Faster

Big Island homes and condos were moving faster in December, with Days on Market dropping. For homes and condos, offers are being accepted in a median 44-60 days.
