Also listed as Condominium MLS #411087. Alaeloa - A Rare Slice of Old Hawaii  Some properties are about the house. Alaeloa is about the lifestyle.  Tucked within one of West Maui's most beloved and rarely available oceanfront communities, this beautifully rebuilt 3-bedroom, 3-bath stand-alone residence captures what so many people come to Maui searching for-privacy, spectacular ocean views, indoor-outdoor living, and the relaxed feeling of Old Hawaii.  From the moment you enter through the distinctive Dutch, main entry door, your eyes are drawn straight to the ocean. A dramatic 40-foot steel beam allows the living area to open almost entirely to the view, while disappearing pocket doors create a seamless connection between the home and its tropical surroundings. Enjoy sweeping vistas across the coastline toward Kapalua and Molokai, with Maui sunsets providing the backdrop at the end of the day.  Completely rebuilt in 2017, this single-level residence offers approximately 1,509 square feet and was thoughtfully reconstructed with new electrical and plumbing extending to the sewer connection. The home showcases high-end custom finishes throughout, including tile plank flooring, split-system air conditioning, wood shutters, accent and toe-kick lighting, and a sliding barn door.  The beautifully appointed kitchen features KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, and gas range, while a wet bar adds another thoughtful touch for entertaining. The three-bedroom, three-bath layout includes two ensuite bedrooms, providing added privacy and comfort for owners and guests.  The result is a home that feels sophisticated yet extremely comfortable without losing the casual simplicity that makes island living so special.  Just outside, a large grassy lawn and generous open space in front of the residence enhance the sense of privacy and connection to the surrounding landscape.   And then there is Alaeloa itself-a peaceful, low-density oceanfront community surrounded by mature tropical landscaping, including a mango grove, and located just minutes from Napili and Kapalua. Spend your days enjoying great snorkeling just offshore, watch for seasonal whales passing through Maui waters, or simply relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets.  This is a leasehold property, presenting a unique opportunity to enjoy an exceptional residence and the coveted Alaeloa lifestyle in one of West Maui's most distinctive coastal communities.  Come for the view. Stay for the Lifestyle. This is Alaeloa.  See Associated Docs to view Floor Plan, building sketch and permits. This is a Residential CPR.
