674 Loina Pl Paia, Maui 96779

At the top of a quiet cul-de-sac in Paia’s Skill Village, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home has great mountain views and distant ocean views. The lot backs up to an 824-acre agricultural parcel of former cane fields for privacy, and Paia Park is just around the corner, with a basketball court, a field, and a historic gym slated for a full renovation. It’s close to the beach, Paia town and Kahului, but away from the busyness of town. The kitchen has white cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances, and opens to the dining and living areas. The primary suite has its own bath with wall-to-wall tile, double vessel sinks, a soaking tub and a separate glass-enclosed rain shower. Outside, a covered lanai with string lights sits under an elevated deck with cable railings and mountain and ocean views. A separate multipurpose room works as a private office or studio, away from the main house, and there’s an outdoor shower. The fenced lot has an established fruit orchard with pomelo, soursop, lemon, orange, tangerine, mulberry, star fruit and dwarf mango trees, a framed-in garden area, a storage shed and an EV charger.
