2895 Hana Hwy, A, B, C Haiku, Maui 96708

A substantial head start on a North Shore investment. The seller has advanced the groundwork–now the opportunity is yours to complete. Pua Kenikeni Gardens combines an updated home and two future homesites within an in-process three-unit CPR on 0.577 acres of R-3 zoned land in Haiku. Recorded CPR documents, installed shared septic, and submitted Unit C building plans put much of the preliminary work in place. Unit A includes an updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath residence with a main-home designation, vaulted wood ceilings, a refreshed kitchen and bath, covered outdoor spaces, and a generous carport. Unit B offers ocean views and a main-home designation for a future residence. Unit C’s proposed 840-sf, two-story accessory dwelling includes two bedrooms, one bath, a 320-sf covered deck, and parking below; permit applications are submitted. Installed septic serves A and C; B requires its own wastewater system. Build on the seller’s progress as a builder, investor, or owner-builder, or explore a multigenerational property–all convenient to Haiku Marketplace, Ho'okipa, and Paia. Entire project offered together. Marketing boundaries approximate. Explore the possibilities and make the next chapter yours.
