75-6009 Alii Dr, M23 Kailua Kona, Hawaii 96740

Arguably one of the best ocean views in Kona Sea Ridge, M-23 offers a wide ocean outlook from the kitchen, living room, primary bedroom and covered lanai. Cruise ships anchored offshore and Kona sunsets add to the setting. A view like this only comes with the location. This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium features vaulted ceilings, new carpeting, recent interior paint and updates to both bathrooms. The kitchen opens to the living room, keeping the ocean in sight while cooking, dining or relaxing. The covered lanai extends the living space outdoors with room for morning coffee or a meal overlooking the water. Newer appliances include the washer and dryer, and A/C units serve the living room and primary bedroom, and guest bedroom. Two assigned parking spaces include one covered and one uncovered space. Located in a quiet upper corner of the gated complex, M-23 offers privacy and convenient access to Kailua-Kona’s waterfront, restaurants and shops. Kona Sea Ridge amenities include a pool with a rock waterfall, spa, barbecue areas and fitness room.
