Shanti Gomes

Shanti’s passion in life to serve others is demonstrated in various areas of her life both personally and professionally.  

As a native born and raised on Oahu, she embraces the values of her culture and the true meaning of “ALOHA”.  Her qualities exemplify that of perseverance, determination, kindness, goodness, and most importantly compassion.  She is active in her community volunteering in youth mentoring programs, the PTA board, Board of Directors with Habitat for Humanity, and much more.  

Through her personal experience as a first-time homebuyer, Shanti truly understands the emotions that arise during the process. Her goal is to listen and understand her client’s needs to make the process as joyous and stress free as possible.  

Prior to Locations LLC, she worked in the hospitality industry, serviced families at Kamehameha Schools, and has a background in commercial real estate.  Due to her tenacious nature, Shanti goes above and beyond to service her clients to attain their real estate goals. Whether a buyer, seller, or investor, she brings forth a resource of information through research-based knowledge. 

Shanti’s greatest joy is spending time with her family, and serving in ministry. Her aspirations are to reach people through her business creating life long forever friendships.
