Noelani was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii in Kailua-Kona, her family has been in the ranching business on the slopes of Hualalai for many years. Having attended high school at Hawaii Preparatory Academy in Waimea as a boarding student she culminated relationships with peers from countries around the world. Noelani?s international friendships enticed her to venture away from home and she attended San Diego Mesa College in California for two years after which her longing for her family and cool island breezes back to our island State. She finished her education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, obtaining a Bachelors degree in Political Science with a focus on the history of Hawaii?s transformation and development.


Noelani began her real estate career at Locations as a sales agent in the spring of 2015. In fourth quarter of 2015 Locations became the Exclusive Project Broker for Ke Kilohana in Ward Village, a complex and challenging project designed to tackle the Howard Hughes Corp. reserved housing requirement and their first close collaboration with the Hawaii Community Development Authority (HCDA). Noelani was needed within Locations? projects department to assist with the roll out, sales, and eventual closing of the 424 unit high-rise condominium project. Chosen by the department head, Robin Markle, Noelani stepped up to the task and worked closely with the sales manager, sales team, and project developer to ensure the implementation of smooth and efficient processes. The talents and skills she developed from her experience at Ke Kilohana were further refined and she assisted with multiple developments Brokered by Locations including Howard Hughes Corporation?s latest project Aalii, which focuses on Hawaii?s first Smarter Living Movement. Noelani is especially proud of being involved with the Keauhou Place sales team that executed the closing of Stanford Carr's 423 unit Keauhou Place condominium that offered market-priced and reserved housing opportunities to Hawaii?s local families.


In the beginning of 2018, Noelani transitioned herself back into general brokerage sales and has assisted first-time homeowners, investors, and sellers on Oahu and Hawaii island.
