LeeRoy Kusto

LeeRoy Kusto was born in Micronesia and was raised by his grandmother on his father's side. From an early age he was taught values of loving, integrity and kindness. Upon graduation from high school LeeRoy joined the US Army and served for 15 years.
 
In LeeRoy's 15 years of Military service, he served in multiple Operations and conflicts that includes Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring freedom. After multiple deployments LeeRoy was selected to serve as a Drill Sergeant, where he was charged to train over 4,000 civilians to become elite soldiers. Only top 1% of the US Army Non-Commissioned Officers are selected to become Drill Sergeants. Today, many of those soldiers whom he trained and mentored are in leadership positions in our nations fighting forces. After his years of service, LeeRoy knew that he wanted to continue his service by providing education on opportunities that real estate has to offer to his fellow veterans and his community. 

LeeRoy Understands that real estate transactions can be an emotional process, which is why LeeRoy strives to be fully transparent with all his clients. He guides all of his clients with a step-by-step process that help provide clear guidance on the home buying and selling process. 

In 2021, LeeRoy joined the largest locally owned Brokerage firm, Locations. LeeRoy was hand selected to be mentored by Partners in his firm who have over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He closed over 10 transactions with over $7 million in sales volume. LeeRoy also attained his Military Relocation Professional designation in his first year. As a veteran he understood how important this designation was, not only to him but to his fellow comrades. 

LeeRoy is a proud father of his teenage son, Dillan and a blessed man to have a beautiful fiancé, Elyse. LeeRoy and his family love the outdoors. You can be sure to find LeeRoy and his family either on the beach or alongside a mountain enjoying the island. They Love Hawaii and want to make Hawaii their forever home.
