With 25 years in real estate, Elaine Chow has built her business by helping clients make well-informed decisions about buying, selling and investing in Oahu real estate. Her primary areas of expertise are East Honolulu and Kakaako, with a focus on luxury real estate, investment properties, second homes and 1031 exchanges.

Over the years, Elaine has sold homes throughout East Honolulu, including Hawaii Loa Ridge, Waialae Iki and Kahala, as well as Kaimuki, Kapahulu, Lanikai and Kailua Beachside. She also has extensive experience in Kakaako and works with condominium owners and buyers in Kakaako and Waikiki.

Born and raised in Taiwan, Elaine has called Hawaii home since the 1990s. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese, she has extensive experience working with clients from Asia as well as the mainland U.S. Some are investing in Hawaii or purchasing second homes, while others are relocating and making Hawaii their home. Before real estate, Elaine spent 10 years in international sales and marketing, an experience that gave her a strong foundation in negotiation and working across cultures.

Much of Elaine's business today comes from clients who return to work with her and referrals from past clients. Elaine holds the GRI, e-PRO,  CRS, GREEN and SRES professional designations and has earned numerous honors for sales production and client service throughout her career.
