Koa Ridge Entering Nanea & Luana New Home Release Phase 

General Information

Long awaited, Koa Ridge (learn more about the community at this link Koa Ridge Community) is finally entering phase I and phase II with its Nanea neighborhood. Part of a 7 phase development project by Castle & Cooke Hawaii, this first neighborhood offers six designs of three- and four-bedroom units.

They will sell the first units in Koa Ridge using a public lottery. All applicants must have their application package completed and turned in before 12 PM (Noon) on the date of the lottery. Nanea, Koa Ridge is in the Waipio community in central Oahu. The Koa Ridge community is the first residential development in this area since the 1990’s.

Floor Plans

Floor plans were just recently released. With large living areas, covered lanai, and a variety of options - these desirable new homes are sure to go quick. We’ve laid out the floor plans below, as well as their features.

In Nanea, six home designs offer a variety of choices for your forever home. Within each floor plan are two different architectural styles for each unit.

Plan A

Plan A features the Craftsman and Hawaiian Plantation architectural styles to choose from. It consists of a 3 or 4 Bed 2 Bath unit, with a living area of 1,329 sq ft and a garage of 397 sq ft.

The Craftsman architectural style offers access to a loft, with an optional fourth bedroom and low storage space.

Each unit features a 111 sq ft covered Lanai and a 41 sq ft covered Entryway.

 

Plan B

Plan B features Contemporary and Hawaiian Plantation architectural styles as its choices. With 3 or 4 Bed and 2.5 bath, Plan B has a living area of 1,426 sq ft and a garage of 412 sq ft.

Each unit features a 95 sq ft covered Lanai and a 61 sq ft covered Entryway.

Plan C

Plan C features the Contemporary and Hawaiian Plantation designs as its architectural style choices. With 3 or 4 Bed and 2.5 Bath, this floor plan spans 1,645 sq ft of living area and 438 sq ft of garage space.

Each unit features a 161 sq ft covered Lanai and a 62 sq ft covered Entryway.

 

Plan D

Plan D features the Contemporary and Craftsman designs as its architectural style choices. These units have 3 or 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath over 1,726 sq ft living space, with an attached 403 sq ft garage.

Each unit features a 95 sq ft covered Lanai and a 62 sq ft covered Entryway. Plan D also features 99 sq ft low storage.

Plan E1

Plan E1 has a Craftsman design, and features 4 to 6 bedrooms and 3 bath over 1,883 sq ft living space. The attached garage is 397 sq ft.

Each unit features a 94 sq ft covered Lanai and a 75 sq ft covered Entryway.

Plan E2

The E2 unit is a Hawaiian Plantation design and offers 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3 bath. It has 1,883 sq ft of living space and 397 sq ft of garage space.

Each unit features a 94 sq ft covered Lanai and a 75 sq ft covered Entryway.

Plan F

The largest option, Plan F is a 4 to 6 Bedroom and 3.5 bath unit that comes in either Contemporary or Craftsman architectural styles. It has 2,228 sq ft living space, with a 418 sq ft attached garage.

Each unit features a 124 sq ft covered Lanai and a 90 sq ft covered Entryway.

Applying for the lottery

The lottery has a number of requirements. For starters, Castle & Cooke Hawaii requires a pre-approval letter from one of their designated lenders.  You also have to fill out an application packet.
